Yes, it’s finally here, our annual Easter Ride on March 27th. We’ve made a few changes because of construction on the Longfellow Bridge, but it’s still under 20 miles and has some new surprises.

We will be running two different rides in France this year and we are really excited.
And we love solo travelers. If you are concerned about a single supplement, don’t worry. We’ll pair you up with another solo rider.
The Routes Verte from Paris to London
Our tour on the Route Verte runs from September 10th-17th and takes us from Paris to London, along a well-established and signed route. We’ll ride along the Seine and the up to the northern coast where we’ll take a ferry from Dieppe to Newhaven. From there, we’ll mostly be on bike paths as we ride into London where we’ll spend our last night at a hotel directly across from Big Ben and the House of Parliament. There are only a couple of spots left, so if you are considering this tour, you should decide soon.
Basque Country Coast and Rural
Our Basque County Coast and Rural Tour runs from September 24th – 30th and takes us from Biarritz along the Atlantic Coast. We’ll spend a night in a postcard perfect town in Spain and then head inland to see some of the more rural parts of the Basque Country. This promises to be a unique and amazing ride. There are still 5 spots left for this tour.
You may know that I run a seven day state wide bike tour each year call the Cycle Massachusetts State Bike Tour. Some of you may been curious about it but concerned about whether you can do this type of ride. If so, consider volunteering during the tour. Our volunteers are one of the things that makes this The Friendliest Ride In The East. And volunteers can ride some days and not others. You can also volunteer every day and not ride at all. We’re pretty flexible. If you think this might be for you, check out our volunteer page. And be sure to come by the kickoff party. There are always lots of former volunteer on hand to talk to.
You should have received an email last week, so this is just a reminder.
You are all invited to our State Bike Tour Route Kick-off Party on Monday, March 21st. More details are available at the Asgard Irish Pub and Restaurant – 350 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge. More details at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/cycle-massachusetts-2016-kickoff-party-registration-22581432673
